Fresh Graduate Development Program

This program is designed to prepare and empower fresh Saudi graduates to enter g on projects, structured trainin-the labor market with confidence. Through handsmodules, and guided mentoring, participants will engage in real company assignments that give them complete professional experience. The program aims to equip graduates with the skills and competencies needed to thrive professionally and contribute effectively as part of Tahakom’s teams.

Application Requirements:

  • Saudi nationality
  • 28 years–Age between 22
  • Fresh graduate from a university accredited by the Ministry of Education

 

  • GPA not less than 3/4 or 4/5
  • Successfully passing the program’s interviews and assessments
