Roles and Responsibility:

Operations

  • Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
  • Resolve any issue from the previous shift
  • Ensure the attendance and commitment of the shift staff
  • Create and Handout the shift plan to Team leaders
  • Ensure the smoothness of equipment’s distribution to operators
  • Follow up with team leaders and ensure the dispatch of the vehicles at the right time
  • Collect data and information’s from team leaders to ensure the right positioning in accordance with the work instruction for all operation officers, and correct wrong positioning if needed
  • Monitor the site performance and change the low performance sites based on the plan
  • In case of system failure, supervisor should know the failure detail, and open a maintenance ticket to maintenance team
  • Monitor the operation officers’ productivity and targeted enforcement hrs and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive all filled forms from Team leaders, and keep it organized and in safe place Ensure the return of all vehicles and equipment to operations center without comments
  • Send the daily attendance to the attendance coordinator
  • Send all performance reports, and shift issues to the section manager
  • follow-up the right procedure in case of emergency, or accident

  • Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
  • Adhere to risk management rules and regulations in delivery of own work to ensure compliance at all times

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Advanced Diploma or equivalent
  • ITIL Certification Preferred
