JOB PURPOSE
To assess and optimize EO (Engineering & Operations) operational performance and ensure plan performance in order to meet all business requirements and product specifications in accordance with the quality and performance measurement guidelines and standards.
JOB GENERAL ACCOUNTBILITES
Strategic Alignment & Planning
- Contribute to the development and execution of the department’s strategy and plans to ensure alignment with the Quality Engineering directorate and organizational goals. Support identification and planning of key initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Oversee the department’s KPIs and progress reports. Ensure timely updates to stakeholders and alignment with strategic objectives.
Budget & Resource Management
- Support budgeting activities, ensure optimal budget utilization, and recommend initiatives that enhance cost-efficiency and minimize risks.
Process Optimization
- Recommend and implement improvements to departmental policies, processes, and controls. Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory standards in daily operations.
People Development
- Supervise and develop team members. Set performance objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of high performance.
JOB TECHNICAL ACCOUNTIBLITES
KPI and Operational Plans Measurement
- Ensure the quality of developed systems based on a performance framework
- Assess the achievement of pre-set objectives through KPI measures and SLA compliance
- Provide recommendations to reduce gaps and cascade corporate goals and targets across functions
Quality Engineering Reporting
- Prepare EO operational performance reports
- Analyze root causes with relevant stakeholders to ensure the enhancement of Quality engineering
- Assist in management reporting through different quality engineering dashboards
Improvement Identification
- Ensure corrective measures are implemented by following up on data audit observations and flags
- Manage the data quality and criteria of issued violations through sample testing for quality
- Highlight improvement opportunities for performance, systems, and outputs
- Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to implement improvements based on defined action plans and escalate relevant critical cases to top management for immediate action
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Program Performance Management related role
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent is required
- Data analytics certificate.
- Key Performance Indicators certificate
- Master’s degree is a plus.
