JOB PURPOSE

To manage and maintain all vehicle leasing companies and control all costs. To Monitor and renew existing insurance policies. To Manage fleet lease agreements while ensuring the compliance of all government process and laws related to fleet management.

 

 

JOB TECHNICAL ACCOUNTIBLITES

 

Regional Fleet Management

  • Manage all vehicle leasing companies and control all costs.
  • Ensure risk management by identifying and assessing potential risks associated with vehicles, drivers, and operations, and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations.
  • Monitor and renew existing insurance policies to maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
  • Monitor the process of renewing the fleet registration and conducting inspections is undertaken to ensure compliance and continued operational eligibility of the vehicles in the fleet.
  • Manage TAHAKOM-owned fleet & Rental vehicle violations and ensure they are paid on time and coordinate with HR to redeem costs from employees.
  • Manage and maintain the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance for fleet in coordination with service providers.
  • Manage and oversee the daily routine checks and regular preventive and corrective maintenance on the assigned vehicles including mechanical and electrical components to always ensure proper functioning of the vehicles and to track the usage of each vehicle to determine when it's time for replacement or retirements.
  • Manage the fleet trip authorization system to continuously track company vehicles and their usage in case of incidents or damage.
  • Manage and ensure complying with all government processes and laws related to fleet management.
  • Control and lead the authorization and dispatching for the rental vehicle in accordance with fleet operations.
  • Oversee and follow up on the area’s team leaders and compile daily reports on daily operational work and follow up on fleet performance.
  • Provide valuable insights to make informed decisions and optimize fleet performance and implement strategies to improve overall fleet performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

 

Knowledge & Experience 6 years and above of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.

Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or any other equivalent field is required.
